Tomorrow is Holy Thursday! Join Us For the Mass of the Lord's Supper, Thursday, April 2nd
- No morning Masses and no Confessions.
Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 7:00 pm - Followed by the procession of the Blessed Sacrament to the Altar of Repose in Ave Maria Hall.
Gethsemane Immersive Adoration - Ave Maria Hall- 9:00 pm through Friday at 9:00 am with a meditation beginning at the top of the hour.
Remain and Keep Watch With Me Once we have begun the Easter Triduum, and after the celebration of the Eucharist in this first movement of the Three Days, we go with Jesus, as it were, to the garden. The whole church is fasting, praying and keeping watch. Now we walk with the Body of Christ that is our food for the liturgy of Good Friday to the Altar of Repose, a place set apart – here at St. Mary Parish in Ave Maria Hall.
There we stay with our Lord in prayer, as he asked his Apostles to stay and keep watch with him. Ave Maria Hall will remain open throughout the night and all are invited to come and pray with the Blessed Sacrament until we gather for the Seven Last Words of Christ Meditation on Friday at 9:00 am in the church.
As we prepare for Holy Week and Easter, we have many opportunities to serve and support our church community. If you’re able to give even a small amount of time, it would make a big difference. Please consider signing up to help as we prepare to celebrate this important season together.
Please sign up to help with the Easter Vigil. We particularly need help with the following:
- Final Set up 7:00 pm
- Serving and Refreshing Food
- Chocolate Fountain Monitor
- Clean Up
Easter Egg Hunt after Easter Vigil. Please bring your Easter Basket to collect eggs at the Easter Vigil reception.
Thank you for being part of our church family!
