The Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God is a Holy Day of Obligation celebrated annually on January 1st, is a major Catholic feast honoring Mary's unique role as the mother of Jesus Christ, affirming He is truly God, not just man. It's the final day of the Christmas octave, emphasizing her "yes" that made salvation possible, making her the "Queen of Peace" and a model for all believers, serving as a call to peace and renewed adoration of the newborn Christ.

ADORATION CHAPEL
Please note that the Blessed Sacrament will be reposed from Dec. 24th at 9:00 am until Jan. 2nd at 9:00 am. The chapel will remain open and the Blessed Sacrament will be present in the tabernacle in the chapel.
Adorers are not obligated to attend their committed hour during the time of reposure.

Our program greatly depends upon your support. We use donated funds to purchase fresh produce, eggs, and meat, in addition to the items listed below, as needed.

Please drop off non-perishable food in the designated wood box in the vestibule of the church or place into the shopping baskets at the west end of Marian Hall.
